Terms and Conditions & End User License Agreement

Introduction

This Terms & Conditions document applies to all apps and websites developed and owned by Growee Apps ("Growee Apps," "our products," "we," or "us"). We prioritize the privacy of our users and have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding your data. Acceptance of Agreement

By using our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our products. Your continued use of our products signifies that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or any represented party to this Agreement and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you process personal data of European Economic Area residents, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies, and in case of any conflict, the DPA takes precedence.

Changes to Terms

We may update our products and this Agreement periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to discontinue our products at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

License Grant

Growee Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our products on one device that you own or control. You may not:

  • Use our products on multiple devices simultaneously over a network.

  • Modify, copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our products.

  • Use our proprietary interfaces or intellectual property for third-party device development.

  • Expect hard-copy documentation, support, or updates unless explicitly provided.

  • Engage in unlawful activities using our products.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our products.

Data Collection and Privacy

We do not collect personal information such as email addresses, birth dates, phone numbers, or physical addresses. If we obtain personal information (e.g., through support requests), it is treated with strict confidentiality and never shared with third parties. Upon request, we will delete any personal data.

We use advertising services such as Google AdMob and Google AdX, which collect unique device identifiers for ad personalization. Users in the European Union receive non-targeted ads upon consent. You may disable ad tracking through your device settings.

Cookies

Growee Apps does not set cookies on your device. However, third-party advertising or analytics providers may use cookies, which can be managed through their respective opt-out options.

Internet Permissions

Our apps require internet permissions for functions such as content updates, app store links, advertising, and analytics data collection.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps may contain in-app purchases.

Social Media Interaction

Our products allow sharing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp but do not collect user information from these platforms.

Non-Advertising Apps

For apps without third-party ads, the advertising-related provisions in this policy do not apply.

Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who become aware of such a situation should contact us at groweeapps@icloud.com.
